Easy drinking

Stuck to the Directions on can but added
375 g of Honey. Used a safe yeast from
memory. Racked for a week in
secondary.Carbonated with Coopers Drops.
After 3 weeks in 750ml bottle - smidge
of honey on the nose with a dry finish.
Very easy drinking. Nice head and
bubbles.Good for summer if you like the
style. On the success of this I will try
the Coopers Wheat Beer.
