Bavarian by the book

I banged out a couple of these without
messing them up beyond uspecialising the
beyond basic yeasts. The bavarian Wheat
style wasn't something I was familiar
with prior to chucking these together
but definitely a good one. The tart of a
wheat beer balanced with a good manly
malt profile, not like those fruity
cloudy hoegarden-type wheat beers. A
great summer drop, crisp, clear, sharp
and refreshing.
