Pretty Fantastic
by Shane Loinsher

Used 50/50 of light dried malt spray,
and dextrose to
equal 1kg, brewed to 23 litres, made
mistake by
stiring so had to leave for and extra 4
days but still a
bit cloudy in the bottles. Brewed at
temperature of
around 22-24 degrees Celcius. After 1
week taste was
light and weak, but after a month the
hops proved to
be there and now is a fantastic beer to
drink, good
head!!

I made this for my first ever brew so
just used 1kg glucose, kit yeast and
topped up to 23L. I was surprised with a
great head and perfect carbonation. It
smelled and tasted quite malty.

Loved it! 1kg dextrose, no rack, no bulk
prime, just the carb dropplets. It came
out a treat. 4 weeks later there's
almost none left. Highly reccomended.
