kangohammer momma

Drinking now. Smells like a Nun when
you're 41 (phys), mentally 12 (4real).
Psyched, no returns. A matron's
backside, bootyfull, but chilly with a
hint of eat your face about it. First
time I tasted this I reached down and
goosed myself. This beer is the cool
breeze before a nasty domestic.

A fine example

Made with 600g LMDE, 200g dex and 200g
maltodextrine, 20g Fuggles steeped for
10 mins added to fermenter. Used an
english Windsor ale yeast and fermented
at 19c for 7 days. Kegged and drinking
beutifully 4 days later. It's a little
dark for a Newky but the taste is just
about spot on. Has a nice creamy head
and is going down far too easily.
Highly recommended.

Sweet & nutty

Made with 1.5kg Morgans Amber Malt
Extract and a Fuggles hop tea bag.
Fermented a little high initially, but
has turned out very well nonetheless.
Sweet, nutty flavours with toffee and
caramel hints, very smooth drinking with
a great coffee coloured head. Good
stuff.
