good lager, not mexican
by steve

Brewed as per kit instructions, but used
brewcraft enhancer and a lager yeast
(can't remember which - saflager?).
It's a thoroughly drinkable lager, but
not at all like I expected - I was
hoping for something a little like Sol
or Corona.

Trying to emulate pure blonde. Made with
kit, BE2, 12g pride of ringwood - dry
enzyme and s-05. Out of the fermenter
it was promising - how heres to hoping
that fermentation has actually finished
becuase of hte dry enzyme. will post
back after a few weeks when its worth
tasting!

A great drop! Zesty finish with a hint
of citrus, excellent on hot days.
I use SafLager yeast, with 500gm
dextrose, 500gm light malt. Pitch the
yeast at around 22C and try to keep temp
to low end of scale. I've done this
brew several time and in the last batch
added 1 1/2 tsp of ground coriander to
the mix, it added a hint of spice to the
brew.
