This was my first ever homebrew
experience. Steeped some crystal and FWH
some Williamette, also dry hopped with
williamette. Fermeneted with safale
yeast for one week and left in primary
fermentor for another 2 before bottling.
Quite dark in colour, well balanced
sweetness and bitterness. Good hop aroma
and flavour, good creamy head clings to
the glass well. nice caramel flavours
evident. A good drop.
